Refund Policy for Unsuccessful Delivery:
Refund policy is not applied at any case including items damaged,
lost etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied.
However, if there is a factory's defect, customers are
advised to return the item for verification. Upon verification, the Company shall
send a replacement. Return shipping charges will not be borne by the Company.
